Any delays in proofing will delay your final product. By clicking approve you consent that all details of proofs, mock ups, garment styles, sizes and quantities are correct and accurate. This approval is FINAL and no changes will be allowed. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no errors. Final product will be as close to these proofs as possible. Any oversights that require your job to be recreated and/or resubmitted will be done at clients expense.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within the agreed-upon production time, Monday through Friday. Once your product has been shipped, you will receive the shipping provider information and tracking number from the carrier. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the product and your location. Please note that signatures are required for orders exceeding $2,500.
